Absolutely. We understand that some guests prefer to bring a gift in hand. Our Registry Consultants are ready to help you select the perfect gift from our in-store merchandise, which we’ll then wrap in our signature Kuhl-Linscomb giftwrap and ribbon for you to take with you. Please note that physical gifts are available for in-store purchase/pickup only and cannot be shipped to customers or registrants. Please give us a call at 713-520-4028 for assistance.

Online registry purchases are processed by PayPal and should should appear on your statement as "PAYPAL*KUHLLINSCOM" or "KUHLLINSCOMB REGIST."
No problem. PayPal simply serves as our secure online payment processor. An account is not required.
In your shopping Cart, select Pay With Credit Card to check out as a guest. You will need to provide a valid email address to complete your purchase.
No, the purchased quantites exclusively reflect purchases made at Kuhl-Linscomb.
For each gift purchased (excluding physically taken gifts) you will receive Kuhl-Linscomb Store Credit instead of receiving a physical gift. You’ll receive a notification of the purchase which includes a gift description, the purchaser’s name, and a personal Gift Message, if they provided one.
A record of the Store Credit you build in your account is maintained by our accounting department. At your convenience, typically after your wedding or event, you may redeem your Store Credit for KL merchandise—whether you choose to fulfill your registry exactly as you originally planned or purchase other items at Kuhl-Linscomb.
Incentive Gift Card: KL is honored to assist you during the special times in your life. To show our appreciation for you and your purchasers choosing us, we make the experience even more rewarding with a KL Gift Card based on the total amount your purchasers have spent on your registry up to one year after your event date:
Silver $250 Gift Card Total Registry purchases of $2,500-$4,999
Gold $500 Gift Card Total Registry purchases of $5,000-$9,999
Platinum $1,000 Gift Card Total Registry purchases of $10,000 or more
The Incentive Gift Card will be issued at your redemption appointment. The Incentive Gift Card is our gift to you—you may use it to fulfill more items from your registry or spend as you like elsewhere in the store!
Registry Redemption Discount: Kuhl-Linscomb's exclusive Registry Completion Program allows you to fulfill items from your registry at 20% off for up to six months after your event date. Some exclusions may apply.
We recommend you register 5-6 months before your wedding or event.

We currently require an appointment to open a registry. This gives our Registry Consultants the opportunity to get to know you and your personal style and assist you in making thoughtful selections. You can expect the appointment to run at minimum around 2 hours. After your meeting we will upload your registry to the website and send you the link!

After your initial appointment, small additions and changes can be managed by email. Just send a brief description of the item(s) and quantities you wish to add along with the product number found at the bottom of the Kuhl-Linscomb price tag, or a clear photo of the tag.
For more significant additions and changes to your registry, it may be preferable to make another appointment.
Most items for the home can be added to your registry, including products from our Tabletop, Housewares, Bedding & Bath, Furniture, Lighting & Rugs, Garden, Decorative Accents, Books, Antiques and Home Fragrance departments.
Children's & Baby items are also eligible for our Baby Registries. Please note that as these items can be very seasonal, the items you register for now may no longer be available when you redeem your credit. For this reason, we recommend that for Baby Registries you redeem as you go or encourage your purchasers to buy their gifts physically in-store.
We do not permit registering for Fashion, Jewelry, Personal Fragrance, Beauty & Grooming, and Travel products.
Gifts can be purchased online or in the store. Online purchases will by default be converted to Store Credit in your account. In-store purchases can be credit or physically taken gifts (if the item purchased is in stock).
The best way is to point your guests directly to your Gift List by emailing the URL to your guests or post it on your wedding website.
Zola: Zola’s wedding website editor permits the addition of links to external registries. Under Website, visit Edit Pages and click on the Registry page. Click on the button Add another registry. Enter “Kuhl-Linscomb” as the Registry store name and paste your KL Registry URL in the next box. You can also add a little note if you'd like. Then click Save to create the link on your Zola website!
The Knot: To link to your KL Registry on The Knot, go to Sync Other Registries and scroll down to Option Two. In the Select a store dropdown, choose +Add Another Store. Type “Kuhl-Linscomb” as the Store’s Name and paste your KL Registry URL in the box below. Then click on Link Registry!
MyRegistry: Unfortunately, MyRegistry does not permit KL to integrate with their platform at this time.
Of course! If you’re able to visit Houston, we highly recommend an in-person appointment to begin a registry. Otherwise, you have a few options: if you have friends or family in Houston, you may designate them to register on your behalf, or we can get you started over email.
When it comes time to fulfill your registry, you may apply your Store Credit towards shipping and handling fees. Shipping and handling fees will not be discounted at any time. Certain items may require third-party professional packing, which incurs further fees.

Notifications for credit gifts are sent manually and can take a few days to work their way up the queue. Please be patient with us!
We do not send notifications for physically taken gifts.
Yes, we maintain a Gift Tracker spreadsheet for each of our registrants. It includes all purchase information for all credit and physically taken gifts, including item(s), purchaser’s name(s), and their personal Gift Message. Please email us to request your Gift Tracker spreadsheet.
The KL Registry does not restrict guests from purchasing items in excess of your requested quantity. These purchases will not be reflected on your public Gift List, so your fulfilled quantity will “max out” at the requested quantity.
But don’t worry! All purchases are logged on your Gift Tracker, which is independently maintained by our accounting department, and it will always be the most accurate list of your purchases off your registry.
Please contact your Registry Consultant directly to inquire about your Store Credit balance.
Your Store Credit will never expire. At some point, no sooner than 24 months after your event date, we may transfer your credit balance to a KL Gift Card. The funds on this card will likewise never expire.
Of course! Physical gifts purchased at Kuhl-Linscomb may be returned for store credit within 30 days of the purchase date or your event date. Please note that we can only accept returns on items purchased directly from Kuhl-Linscomb, and that special orders, clearance items, and seasonal merchandise past their season are final sale. Our full Return Policy applies to all registry returns.
Your Redemption Discount is available for 6 months after your event date. Some exclusions may apply.
Kuhl-Linscomb periodically holds sales and promotions with similar discounts. You may take advantage of these after your Redemption Discount has expired. KL does not “stack” discounts.
After your wedding or event, schedule a Redemption Appointment with our Registry Consultants. They will make sure you receive the exclusive perks you might be eligible for, such as our Registry Redemption Discount and the Registry Incentive Gift Card. Please note that weekend redemption appointments at Kuhl-Linscomb are in high demand and often book over a month in advance, so plan accordingly.
At any time prior to your Redemption Appointment, if you want to redeem for a specific gift, and we have the merchandise in stock, you may purchase it with your Store Credit. If the item is out of stock, we can place a Special Order for you, taking the deposit from your Store Credit. Special Orders are final sale and cannot be returned. The entire KL Special Order Policy is applicable to registry fulfillment orders.
Price changes happen occasionally at the discretion of our vendors. Your guests pay the current price as quoted by the vendor at the time of their registry purchase. You pay the current price as quoted by the vendor for any item at the time you redeem Store Credit, whether you purchase from the sales floor or place a Special Order. Because you might be redeeming your Store Credit for the item weeks or even months after the gift was purchased and converted to Store Credit, you are responsible for all price differences.
Discontinuations happen occasionally at the discretion of our vendors. Our Registry Consultants will make the best effort to help you redeem your Store Credit for a suitable alternative at your redemption appointment.
